Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to post the content you schedule via Postiz.
User Content. You retain full ownership of all media and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to transmit that content to your connected social‑media accounts and to store thumbnails and metadata necessary for scheduling and analytics.
Acceptable Use. You agree not to use Postiz for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or content that violates the policies of any connected platform.
Limitation of Liability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third‑party platforms (e.g., TikTok suspensions, API outages) that affect your posts.
Account Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Modifications. We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, USA. The courts of the District of Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
